Fresh from the farm, our lambs are ready for butchering in early November. You can expect your fresh lamb to have a hanging weight of about 45 pounds. Lambs are priced by hanging weight. This is generally 55% of live weight. retail cuts will then be about 75% of the hanging weight. We will have your lamb processed by RRR processing in Buckley and it will be available for pickup at our farm. Delivery is available, at a cost to be agreed upon, depending on location.
